CINCOM is a portable hand and leg massager brand on US TikTok Shop. The brand connected with 5x Dashboard on January 13, 2026 with almost zero GMV on the platform, despite their storefront having existed since July 2024. They had a real product in a competitive Beauty & Personal Care category, but no creator pipeline, no viral moment, and no clear path from a small product line to meaningful monthly revenue.
5x Dashboard runs TikTok Creator Management for CINCOM, matching the brand with creators from our 2,300+ network and managing the ongoing relationship. Within roughly five months of engagement, the brand crossed $3.6M in lifetime TikTok Shop GMV, with one matched creator video from our creator alone pulling 42.7M views and over $124K in GMV.

CINCOM came to our TikTok shop agency with the constraints common to a cold-start brand in a competitive category, with the added challenge of selling a product that does not sit cleanly in any single creator vertical:
- Almost zero starting GMV on TikTok Shop, despite an 18-month-old storefront
- Portable massagers sit between Beauty & Personal Care, Health, and Wellness, none of which is a "natural" creator vertical
- Small brand with no on-platform sales history to attract proven creators
- Big creators had no reason to take a flyer on the product without a meaningful sales base built first
- The brand needed creators who could actually move a $10 to $200 massager SKU to a TikTok Shop audience
CINCOM needed a creator matchmaking engine that could find creators who would convert for an unfamiliar product category, even if those creators were small.
Our Solution
We matched CINCOM with creators from our managed community on the basis of conversion fit rather than follower count, then used active community management to keep winning creators producing more content:
- Conversion-Fit Matchmaking Over Follower Count: Pulled creators from our 2,300+ network based on whether their audience and content style could actually move a portable massager. Follower count was secondary. This is the bet that paid off with @yourttsbestie, a 15.7K-follower creator who produced one of the highest-performing videos on the entire storefront.
- Automated Creator Seeding: Onboarded matched creators through our seeding funnel, the same system we built from running hundreds of TikTok Shop creator programs. CINCOM received a steady supply of UGC content without their team managing each creator individually.
- Scaling the Winning Format Across the Network: Once @yourttsbestie's video crossed viral threshold (42.7M views), we replicated the winning format with other creators in our community. This is how a single hit video for CINCOM became a content trend rather than a one-off spike.
