Yappy Bracelets is a fashion accessories brand on TikTok Shop, primarily selling jewelry in the low-ticket range of $10 to $16. Their best seller is priced at $14. Despite a healthy product catalog and an active creator pipeline, their growth was capped by a consolidated campaign structure and an aggressive sampling policy that ate into margin on every order.

Challenges & Objective

Yappy Bracelets faced several constraints holding back both revenue and profit when they partned with our TikTok shop agency:

A single oversized GMV Max campaign grouped the two top best sellers together, leaving no way to optimize budgets or creatives at the product level
A blanket sampling policy shipped free product to any creator with $500+ GMV, draining margin on $14 items
700 sample requests sat in "in progress" status and 300 in "ship" status at the start of engagement, with little follow-up on creators who already had product in hand
TikTok Shop's CRM outreach tools were active but underused, leaving recurring revenue on the table
The best seller had only 27 affiliate videos in the delivery phase heading into November

They needed campaign restructuring, creator pipeline cleanup, and channel activation that would grow weekly orders without inflating ad spend or sample costs.

Our Solution

5x Dashboard rebuilt their GMV Max structure, fixed the creator pipeline, and activated underused revenue channels inside TikTok Shop:

GMV Max Campaign Restructure: Split the single, grouped campaign into multiple campaigns with deliberate product groupings. Avoided the common mistake of running one campaign per product and instead grouped SKUs based on performance and category fit.
KD Boost Activation: Layered KD Boost on top of the restructured GMV Max campaigns to amplify top-performing creator content for more delivery.
Affiliate Content Acceleration: Took the best seller from 27 videos in the delivery phase to 70 by re-engaging creators who already had samples in hand and asking them to film additional content, rather than chasing new creators.
Sample Policy Overhaul: Cut mass sampling. Replaced the $500-GMV-threshold rule with selective outreach to proven high-volume creators only. Sample shipments in the most recent month dropped to 49.
CRM Customer Outreach: Activated TikTok Shop's CRM tools for repeat-buyer outreach, an under-leveraged channel for sellers in the $500K+ GMV range.
