5x Branding LLC provides digital marketing services. As such, the nature of our services does not typically involve physical goods. However, we aim to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel their service agreement by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Any services rendered prior to the cancellation date will be billed in full.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital and time-based services, refunds are not guaranteed. A refund may be considered only if the client has not received any services after payment.
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
Services have already been delivered.
Cancellation occurs after a project or campaign has commenced.
The client fails to provide required materials or information that delays service delivery.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing at support@5xdashboard.com with details of your request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
Discretionary Refunds
All refunds, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of 5x Branding LLC.
