5x Branding LLC provides digital marketing and related time-based services. As our services do not typically involve the delivery of physical goods, we are committed to maintaining transparency and client satisfaction regarding cancellations and refunds.

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel their service agreement by submitting a written notice at least 14 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. All services rendered before the effective date of cancellation will be billed in full and are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The client has made payment, and

  • No services have been rendered following the payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Services have already been provided or delivered.

  • The cancellation request was made after the project, campaign, or service execution has begun.

  • The client failed to provide necessary information, content, or access, thereby delaying the service delivery.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must email support@5xdashboard.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Full name

  • Date of payment

  • Service ordered

  • Reason for the refund request

We will evaluate the request and provide a written response within 7 business days.

Discretionary Refunds

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of 5x Branding LLC. Approval of any refund does not constitute a waiver of our terms or a precedent for future cases.
