COCOL is a home and lifestyle brand that came to 5x Dashboard with zero presence on TikTok Shop. No active storefront performance, no affiliate creators in network, no content flow, and no GMV history to build from. COCOL’s launch on TikTok Shop required building the entire revenue engine from zero, with no shortcuts and no existing platform performance data to lean on:

Our Solution
5x Dashboard treated COCOL as a true cold start and built the affiliate and creator engine from the ground up. Our TikTok shop agency did their organic side done right:
- Full Affiliate System Build: Set up creator outreach pipelines, briefing structures, sample fulfillment workflows, and post-shipment follow-up from day one. The brand had no existing TikTok Shop infrastructure, so the entire affiliate engine was built end-to-end.
- Top-Tier Creator Activation Through Community Management: Targeted established creators in the home and lifestyle category from the outset. Activating top-tier creators on a cold-start brand required strong product positioning, dedicated relationship management, and collaboration structures that made the partnership worth their time. Ongoing creator community management kept the network engaged and producing once activated.
- Affiliate and Creator-Only Revenue Engine: Did not layer paid ads on top. All $132K in monthly GMV is attributable to the affiliate content engine and the creator network we built around the brand.
